Hey Guys, You may have noticed that we have different gym playlists playing each day. We have themes for each day and below is where you can add your music in. Monday (Hip Hop Hustle - MEF (Monday)) "Hip Hop Hustle": A playlist featuring hip-hop and rap tracks with catchy beats and empowering lyrics to fuel your workout. Include popular tracks from both old-school and contemporary artists.   Tuesday (Motivation Mix - MEF (Tuesday)) "Motivation Mix": A playlist filled with motivational and inspiring songs across different genres. Include tracks with uplifting lyrics, empowering messages, and energetic beats to keep you focused and determined throughout your workout. Wednesday (Throwback Fitness - MEF (Wednesday)) "Throwback Fitness": A nostalgic playlist featuring hits from the '80s, '90s, and early 2000s. This playlist will take you on a trip down memory lane while keeping you motivated during your workout.   Thursday (Rock and Reps - MEF (Thursday)) "Rock and Reps": A playlist filled with energetic rock and alternative songs to keep you pumped up during your workout. Include tracks from classic rock bands, modern rock artists, and intense guitar-driven anthems.   Friday (Pump-Up Pop - MEF (Friday)) "Pump-Up Pop": A playlist featuring energetic and catchy pop songs that will keep you pumped up throughout your workout.
