Service Description

Max Effort Fitness proudly introduces the "MEF Fundamentals Workshop," a pivotal training session designed to welcome new members and refresh the skills of our existing community. Taking place every 3 weeks on Saturdays at 10:30 AM, this one-hour workshop is the perfect starting point for anyone looking to delve into the essentials of fitness and gym culture. Workshop Curriculum: Movement Assessment: Each session kicks off with a thorough movement assessment to identify your unique strengths and areas for improvement. Core Lifts Instruction: Dive into the techniques of Squat, Bench Press, Deadlift, and Overhead Press with expert guidance, ensuring safety and efficiency in your training. Gym Orientation: Familiarize yourself with the gym layout, equipment locations, and how to maximize your use of our state-of-the-art facilities. Operational Training: Gain the knowledge to open and close the gym, offering you the flexibility to train during non-staffed hours. Benefits for Participants: Acquire a deep understanding of fundamental movement principles. Receive a tailored program to address findings from your movement assessment. Earn an online certification and complete Level 0 of the MEF Strength & Fitness curriculum, paving the way for independent gym use. Gain the capability to train at your convenience, outside of staffed hours. This workshop is an invaluable opportunity for new members to integrate into our community and for existing members to polish their skills and possibly assist with demonstrations. We strongly encourage new sign-ups to register for the upcoming session and invite our current members to join for a refresher and to support new learners.
