The testing day will be on Saturday Before the Xmas Party Attending the testing day- welcome to stay for the food and drinks after. . . We will be testing Squat, Bench, Deadlift, OHP, Max Watts, 1 km Time and Vertical Jump - It will run in that order with squat set to start at 930am sharp
