Service Description

Tuesday nights, 6pm. One workout. One clock. One leaderboard. Beat the Clock is MEF's weekly timed cardio battle. Twenty minutes of full effort against the clock, and against last week's fastest time. Every workout gets named after the quickest member, so your name could end up on the board. Every fitness level is welcome. Beginners scale the moves, nobody gets left behind. Bring water and a stopwatch attitude. Can you beat the clock? #StrongerTogether
