    Morning / Mid-day /Night Groups

  • Access to the 12WC Membership site

    You will have access to the 12 week challenge membership site, giving you weekly info to help with the challenge. From tips on how to get better sleep to the impact that calories have on our body.

  • Meal Plan's

    Get a meal plan that helps you get the best result possible. 

  • Weekly Challenges

    Weekly challenges to help you get the most out of yourself and teach you how to do it on your own

  • At Home/Gym Workouts

    Extra weekly workouts that can be done at home or in the gym.

  • Group Support

    You will be added to our Facebook group for support among other 12-Week challengers and also added to our VIP group with all other MEF clients. (where we post discounts and giveaways)
